Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Love the tech, love the customers. All we want is to not be treated the way you SAY you are treating us and to be given a chance to actually hit goals. That's all. I'm fair. I understand goals need to be hit. Just give us a fair shot at doing so. Stop feeding us garbage and telling us it is a steak

I have, without a doubt, the best team of sales reps in the entire country. We do things with integrity and we have fun while doing so. I have little-to-no complaints about things inside my store or my district. Most of the employees in the district are great!

The compensation is constantly being cut and we are told lies that it will be "better" and that goals will be "more attainable." It's all lies. Corporate is only interested in profits even at the expense of paying their reps. My store has never been better... yet I make less money than ever.

I was torn on this one. Culture involving people above my DM, not good. Things are so negative right now with basically anyone that I ask. Inside our district, its great. My DM has done a great job making our district almost a mini company. Things are great here! We celebrate wins and we perform!

My team and our success make me happy. I love getting to come to work and give my customers the best experiences possible. I like building the culture within my team and I like to keep discovering what makes my team push harder than they thought they could. Maximizing on each rep is my thrill!
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Fair goals. Our goals are astronomical and I am one that, historically, welcomed challenging goals. I know a lot of managers in my district, state and region that feel the same way. When goals come out... there is a feeling of "we have no chance at getting paid this month." Give us at least a chance
