Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. My overall experience at Victra has been great. There is a lot of moving parts, however, our team does a great job in ensuring everyone has the support they need and the resources to become successful.

Everyone is kind to one another. In today's world, that is sometimes what is missing. Our staff is friendly and is always willing to create new partnerships amongst one another.

I do feel as though I am compensated fairly. However, it would be great to explore other benefit options/carriers as our current premiums can run a bit high including deductibles etc.

Our leadership team has a great balance of being people focused and work focused. They invest time into the people to ensure that everyone is aligned on the vision and journey ahead.
