I would say my experience so far is okay at best. Pathways to advance are shady. You have people that are higherup telling you that you deserve or will be great at a position and to apply, but no interview at all. Also, you shouldn't have to move away from home in order to move up in a company.

Knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things in a different light to help us understand the clear messages by the company.

Going over a variety of things with my team, celebrating their successes, what we are working towards, knowledge checks and promo changes, calls etc.

Become more knowledgeable in the business, when it comes to their teams, daily rhythms, ownership in what they put in to their reps and time.

Been with the company for 10+ years, for the work that we do, the calls, the extra things we do behind the scenes that we don't get paid for their should be raises every year or maximum 2 years.

The culture of our core values, collaboration with other reps and or managers, celebration with our teams daily weekly or monthly. Integrity matters at all times. And Innovation on the newest products and have an open mind on the future as it is forever changing.
