Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. I have a great experience overall, I have definitely had some ups and downs with the company but overall I have enjoyed working here and hope to see the company grow as I grow with the company

My leadership team and very direct and transparent. I have worked with too many companies that haven't been this way and it's nice to see this consistently.

Team is quick to help and support each other. As yes we have friendly competition no one is really against anyone else and that creates a strong environment.

Only issue that comes with the compensation is that there is always some detail about it changing and sometimes feels hushed when released. I would say especially for the cost of living anymore that wages should be slightly reconsidered especially in rural areas.
