I feel valued and appreciated. Volvo is a company that cares about it's people, it's customers and our retail partners. I believe that everyone wants to make things better for all, but we have a way to go to be a truly premium brand. Quality must improve and our Volvo promise must be consistent.

Volvo has a great culture, but sometimes the VCC objectives cannot align with other markets in the globe. They need to be reasonable on expectations and have a clear understanding of each market. It's not one size fits all. There is too much "theory" that wastes time and cannot be implemented.

People are put first. During the pandemic, our leaders protected the employees during very uncertain scary times. We feel valued and appreciated by actions (not just compensation). How you make people "feel" is what they remember. Not what you do.

The banter with my colleagues. The unwavering support by my boss. Being appreciated for a job well done and the hours I work to drive the company to the next level. Being asked my opinion and listening to me. Being with people every day. Human interaction is a driver of success.

They are honest and transparent and truly make me feel that I am a valued and appreciated employee. They thank me for what I do for Volvo and make me so very proud to work for such a wonderful company. And....they make it personal, sharing stories about themselves and caring about my personal life
