Our leadership team is always looking out for us. They make sure that the company itself is successful in today's everchanging market, as well as, taking care of their employees with bonuses and pay increases to offset current inflation.

Knowing that my clients feel safe and cared for - many of our clients never experienced that at home, so it is wonderful that they can at least experience it here and hopefully use what they learn here throughout the rest of their lives.

One of the best things about our team would be how we cover time for each other - someone will cover their shift without a problem. Also, our team makes sure everything gets completed in the unit. No one feels that they are "too important" to take out the garbage for example - we just do it.
