It's been amazing so far. I love conducting and learning more about MST. My York teammates are so amazing and I'm very grateful for them. I love being able to work with teens and their families and help them have a happier and healthier life together.

How helpful and kind and driven everyone is about MST and the closeness feeling that you get when working with your team. Everyone seems to be so nice and more than willing to help, which is great!
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
Not sure about the company, but the York team is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming when I first got hired and they're still so kind and help out whenever I have a question about something. Billie Jean is the best supervisor ever!!!
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I like how different it is from my old job and how I feel like I have my York teammates as support and my supervisor is always attentive and helpful and teaching me as I keep going in this job. Everyone seems so caring and I love that.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
I just feel like mental health workers in general don't get paid enough for the work that we do. I feel like there's still that stigma that mental health isn't as important as physical and medical health. There's still that stigma, we don't get as much funding from the gov. or health insurance.
