The work that we do with the youth in our Residential programs can be very challenging at times, both mentally and physically. The job can be stressful and lead to burnout but at the same time, I get to work with some of the best people. My co-workers and supervisor are very supportive.

I have a great Unit Director who is supportive and who is always willing to listen if any member of our team has concerns. It is also rewarding when the youth in our care make progress in their treatment and are able to be successfully discharged from the program.
