This company would have done well if they had people in corporate who knew what they were doing... they were stuck on emails, when in reality most people don't want to give there emails out with the amount of hacking that gets done. Most stores do a point system big lots did not!!! I could go on.

Better communication, have a weekly or daily meeting to keep all employees updated
