Initially thrilled as we were hyped up during training. Then reality hit that the job wasnt what was conveyed. $15 an hour for the work not enough for the stress and micromanaging (i could make the same amount with less stress at walmart) dissapointed at how they treat customers and lie to employees

Initially told this would NOT be a sales based position, after a few weeks of training, found out that sales was a major component. Making $15 an hour while dealing with troubleshooting, upgrades, downgrades, transfers; etc not enough.
