
The chain of command is way too long. managers on top of managers. not knowing what they are managing. The metrics are ridiculous and the pay is absurd for what they expect of you.

the region I work in is a cluster and they expect US to fix it. It is not our problem to fix. There are way too many hands in the pot..
The pay is unfair. You have CRS's making 4k+ in commissions and we will never get close to that because nobody is dedicated to our region. They want us to give 100% without giving 100% back.
absolutely, nobody listens to us and our complaints/suggestions on how to improve. They basically told us to "stop complaining". I am not being paid what I was told I would make to leave my old job and come here. I am struggling to survive here.
the bonus plan is absolutely ABSURED. the plan should be structured around each individual region. There are contests that my region in itself will never be able to even participate in. I would feel better about it if you actually bonussed us for putting in the effort to actually work.
