Too many changes that have ended up with unhelpful results. This company today could not be more different than the one I was hired to work at.

There isn't much that I like about our current leadership team. We are being pushed to work after hours in order to meet impossible goals. That is unacceptable.

I am owed a raise and promotion and have had to wait for that a lot longer than expected. The work I do far outweighs the pay I earn.

Anything positive is not real. It's a feeble attempt at masking how hard they push and expect us to work to meet metrics that are impossible to meet without working 7 days a week.

The only thing management is focused on is where we are failing if they aren't celebrating the wins that don't mean much. A raise would make me feel more valued and better about compensation.
