Interacting with my coworkers is the most positive part of my day. We're constantly met with system challenges, inadequate information and lack of communication continue to be huge pitfalls.

Communication from the top down on a regular basis and when important changes in the organization are made would be nice. Also, providing us with reliable resources that help streamline our workday would be very helpful.

The benefit cost passed on to employees is too high for the size of the company, annual pay is too low for the amount of work required, and annual raises are embarrassing especially when we're asked to work long hours, weekends, etc.

For starters, listening to employees that are in the weeds doing the work would be very beneficial to the various teams and our clients. Secondly, truly investing in employees and showing that they mean something to the company is a must or the turnover is going to continue.

My coworkers are always willing to jump in and help one another out. We support each other and are always willing to cover one another's work on short notice, but it seems that this willingness goes unnoticed by our leaders. Instead it's always met with ways that we should push and do more.
