Communicating only things they are truly committed to doing instead of falsely claiming changes they will make and never following through.

The company needs to fairly compensate people and use metrics that accurately reflect the work employees do. Forcing people to ghost hours and then using utilization as a performance metric that also is used for compensation is disingenuous.
