So far so good, I wish that we remain a WFH set up.
I was motivated to work and perform well before because I thought that If I do a good job, there's no reason for the company to make me go to the office, but after the team manager changed, it doesn't matter if I perform or not the manager will make give you RTO sched. Now I'm tired and unmotivated.
Company that don't care about their employees and it's all about connection. If you have connection with the higher management leaders then you can work comfortably if not then good luck to you.
Nothing much to say since I'm new.
Nothing much to say since I'm new employee
The allowance that we received for WFH setup.
the team is good with everyone
hustle free environment since I work from home.
Give importance to the top performers
Focus on their work, not on making connections
Change the management and investigate the current leaders
they are easy to approach
Don't remove work from home.
Think of us as a human being not a number.
The work from home set up, since my location is far from the office.
I'm not particularly happy and not sad as well. I would say somewhere in the middle.
If the company cares, they will check on us employees before making decision for the company
Company made a decision to resume work in the office without considering their employees. The company knows how bad the traffic is and yet the company forced their employees to work in the office.
The price increased in our bills and food are consistent, however the salary that we received is not competitive enough to secure our future. It will be good if there will be a salary increase for those who proved their worth as a hardworking employee.
I was transferred to a new LOB and now part of the pioneer team because I am a top performer. The new LOB is harder than the previous one, but we did not receive any salary increase. The work increased, but the salary stay the same.
The work from home environment. It is a great help to everyone since the traffic is really bad and the fare cost a lot. The fare alone is a big chunk if you deduct it from the salary that we received. I would say that 40% of the salary will go to fare if we return to the office.
