For me, my salary and benefits are not enough compared to the workload that I have. Not to mention that in this industry the compensation for our company is somehow low.

It's not that I felt undervalued but considering the average salary and benefits given by other companies, I think it would be much better if they can raise the salary and add benefits though I understand that other companies are much bigger than Enshored and they are also working on it for us.
