I could feel that work balance. Pressure will always be there but i understand that every company has their law and order, in which I could feel that fun at work is still there.

What makes me happiest at work is seeing the positive impact my efforts have on others, whether it's helping colleagues, solving challenges for clients, or contributing to team goals. That sense of achievement and making a difference motivates me every day. Also, the pay.
