I've been with Enshored for more than 4 years now and I can't think of a reason to leave. Yes, challenges are there but I have amazing colleagues and manager who always have my back whether it's work-related or personal stuff. People that I've known are also very friendly.

I always feel happy coming to work everyday because of my TLs and coworkers. The environment is always positive that will let you work in peace.

Heroes are always smiling. When you look at them, you will feel that they are happy and love their work. Even the higher management, they look like always approachable.

Having a conversation with the team makes me most happy at work and whenever the accounts I am handling are doing good and has the possibility of adding more tasks for the team.
