It has always been challenging but I can live with it - salary really needs to be appraised if they want their people to stay (those who are really striving and doing above their jobs's expectations.

Since we are still adjusting with everyone (new team), not as in tact yet, but I can say they care for each as they are trying to be proactive and support those who need it.

Actually it's a neutral but it's not included on the choices - half is yes I am, because of the new learnings but the other half is because of the salary being not satisfactory for the tasks given.

Salary is not increasing; allowances are only given once and scores need to be really outstanding for you to be eligible for an incentive. Even if you are already doing your best, still you won't have it unless you rank amongst the top.
