I became employed because my friend is the manager. She has a high employee turnover rate and she works 70+ hours a week. The few stores in a close radius cannot keep employees due to the pay. The burger joints pay more than that. This is a huge burden on your managers.

I would say the community. Very small town like a bedroom community to Cache Valley. We need the store and what it has to offer. But without proper employees that commit and are happy I can for see what will happen. Honestly that store should probably be making more money than it does.
