For the first week of employment the plumbing was busted and we had to buy water from the store. Then for all the following weeks management wouldn't contact me back about hours and whenever I went to the store to talk about it they were closed. Also there really wasn't any training on what to do.

Better hiring practices, provide more benefits to employees to hopefully fix the revolving door of employees. Also better cleanliness standards.

Not really sure what they can do to fix their hiring and employee retention issue, seems like something that would require a major overhaul of their practices.

I didn't know benefits existed if I got any. Also long hours with lack of breaks, or a functioning restroom make the small pay very hard to tolerate.

Contacting employees about hours would be nice. Also the specific person made offhanded vaguely misogynistic statements. The regional manager also allegedly never contacted the manager about my interview so I had to wait for an hour outside the store

For one, have the person who is conducting the interview show up to the interview on-time or early, I had to wait for an hour for the interviewer to show up. And when the interview actually happened there wasn't an interview and I was just onboarded through the process due to lack of staff.
