This is the first company I have worked for that is not so focused on profits that it doesn't provide the staff and equipment needed to do our job and take care of the clients.

I love the primary part of my job, but the lack staff makes the workload unmanagable. The fact that management doesn't understand how much work it takes for us to maintain client accounts is frustrating. Having goals and reveiws tied to revenue when we do not have control over that is defeating.

Upper management understands that happy employees means happy clients. By taking care of their base staff they are promoting a collaborative and positive environment. They take your suggestions on improvements.

We all healp each other out. Regardless of how busy we are, everyone will take the time to help or take on a task for each other. No one on the team ever makes you feel bad for asking for help.
