Over the years I have learned a great deal. I have often wanted to get more involved in certain areas of the work but there doesn't seem to be any interest or encouragement from anyone within the office i work. One must be already working within the system to have a chance to be hired into a job.

I work with several amazing individuals. My offsite team appear to be very engaging . Through conferences or workshops I have met great coworkers.

When I am able to assist a customer in the return of their property. Having good conversations with a customer who respects what we do and the services provided.

Over the years I've work with some great individuals and the friendships continue even after retirement for some. The level of comfort and confidence is shown as I complete my task.

As things change and they almost always do in most areas, I believe a best effort is made to ensure we receive above average benefits, compensation. I believe we are well informed about the company and where we are economically, etc.
