My experience was great until I became a supervisor and I didn't feel valued. I never get a spot bonus award and my raises are very slim. The AWD rate gives better raises than FSA

The company used to be great 10 years ago, but now they don't seem to care about their employees as much. We aren't getting raises and bonus' likes we used to and they don't value their supervisors.

They need to pay supervisors more. Paying them 2% over what the highest paid employee makes is not enough.

I am a supervisor and FSA is only paying me 2% more than 3 of my highest paid employees. This makes me feel very undervalued.

There is no incentive to be a supervisor. I do a lot of extra work and am very upset that I only make 2% more than the highest paid employees.
