early years was promissing and very exciting. recently very disappointing. sr ldrship always finds somthing trendy and pressurize the teams to adopt and follow and absolutely ignoring team cultures (countries) only that employees can move ahead in their career who says what their ldrs wants to hear.

ldrs should listen to their teams and should be role models for them. ldrs should take care of teh team and listen to them and adopt what they hear. no micromanagement!!

my bonus was reduced and explained with simple math. my merit increase also reduced and explained with "this is this year calcualtion policy"; country-specific economic factors are ignored... no inflation compensation

avoid unrealistic deadlines, exectations. they should simply care of their employees, teams and then teams will take care of teh customer. they shoudl not micromanage and also should listen to their direct reports..this happens only minimal this year
