When I was hired I was si grateful and full of hope, then I was slowly robbed of any joy and hope that my efforts could grant me a better future, I was relegated to more boring and annoying tasks, disrespected by some managers, lied by Hr... I was happy to work and enthusiast, now I'm just sad.

depends who is my friend. maybe a male, white and wealthy engineer could fit. everybody else should just stay far away

I feel too much classism and sexism around me. If I could I wold work from home forever

humanity, humility, stop treating me like I'm useless then get upset when I'm sick and all my job has to be done by them

I feel discriminated so they should take seriously inclusion and diversity training, first of all. also just manners, in some case, would be great!

you'll never teach new tricks to an old dog, right? I'm just waiting for boomers to retire as they'll never change and their toxicity is the worst

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

At the moment I'm pretty unhappy because I'm not being rewarded neither valued as I should have. I'm an administrative, so seems I don't deserve any consideration. That's just unfair.

administrative task care. fixing balance and non only thinking on profit. rise wages for lower incomes, actually care about minority and fragile workers. in many years i can say it's only brandwashing

absolutely! I'm asking for my rights to a fair pay and recognitions for years but my manager and hr don't care at all, after years I'm disappointed, i believed in GE an I did my best.

too many big bosses changes with no regards about foundation of the company as administrative side, balance, debts with supplier and fair employees treatment. tax payment, suppliers invoices, etc. are totally neglected. also software implementation for administrative task are at 1992, such a shame!

more women, more young people. basically i'm in a total boomer male office. the company should think on being more efficient, happy and respectful of employee as people than just about profit. the administration side is a big chaos messed up by years of company changes done with any criteria

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

No promotion neither a consistent raise in 6 years. No bank will allow me a morgue. I work part-time because I'm disabled, no compensation to save me from being poor all my life. I've provided excellent work and consistent savings to the company and obtained just more work and nothing else.

I'm working home. My co-workers are ok, but I have interaction just with my manager and he was ok too until I get sick, then he acted the worst, so I asked for help to umbundusman but it was a joke. Why don't he just retire? Why ruin other people life?

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I need a +20% raise, as I never get one. I need a career as I'm not a stupid robot who can do only one thing. This company failed me in so many way... I was happy - years ago - but this company let me down in a way i didn't think possible. All the Inclusivity campaign is the fakest I've ever seen.
