As I mentioned before, I am satisfy with my compensation package, but there are a lot of things, with which I am not comfortable: 1) everybody receive annual bonusses except HR OPs team 2) it is very hard to built the career growth 3) I am alone in my countries and haven't got team

I am HR Ops Specialist in GE Vernova. Working from 2017.I cover 9 countries.I participate in ACE program.I would like to grow and have experience in our HR divisions (HR manager, training and development or compensation and benefits).I am applying to different roles, but the result is not successes.

Unfortunately we have a very small team. But we help to each other when it is needed
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
For know I am not happy with my role. I would like to grow, to learn more in other divisions of HR, but nobody give me this opportunity.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
I am satisfactory with my salary, however couldn't understand why some PB bands in the company (non-fee earners) receive the annual bonus(GoF team for example), but we- the corporate people from HR Ops team don't received anything.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
Most of all I like the culture of the company. The company doesn't track your time, how it is doing in other local companies in my country. The company give you the task and it is your responsibility how you managed your time in order to deliver the service.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I like culture of the company. I like that nobody track you, that the main thing what it is needed to do the work on time without failing the deadlines. Sometimes we have a pick time of the work, but in the middle of the month we can work as usual.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
For now I am in a burnout period, because it is almost 2-3 years when I try to be promoted to a new role in the company. Unfortunately, nobody review my cv and recognize me as a good candidate for HRM role. I really tired of the same work which I have done during last 10 years.
