Great culture, awesome challenges, and clear expectations.
I feel like it's a fair wage.
They encourage a positive environment and culture.
I feel supported by my team, and understood.
Being able to self manage, and I'm not micro managed.
I feel supported by my manager and the other managers in my department.
The amount I have to pay for benefits is pretty low comparatively to previous jobs I've had. In addition, the rate in which you accrue PTO is really good!
There is a huge work-life balance culture at least in the entry level positions. You are not encouraged to work off the clock, and you are encouraged to utilize your time off.
I enjoy the team environment. Sometimes the job itself is difficult because what customer service job isn't, but my team and supervisor make it worth coming into work (and the paycheck of course).
Everyone is an individual, and yet we all seem to work together very well. I love that everyone encourages each other to be their best, and we're all here to help build each other up as well.
I love that our leadership team seems to care about me as an individual. There aren't many companies out there that give you that individual attention to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to do your job. I feel like I'm needed and wanted.
