Market conditions are an unfortunate factor right now. I would like to see additional compensation to make up for current market conditions as the CEO Hayes has said many times the company is doing really well with solvency. Giving 110% everyday and not seeing much financial gain can hurt mentally.

Remove the Overtime reduction. We are already having to work three times as hard in this market and we are punished for working more than 40 hours a week. Every other company I have worked at over the years gives either time and a half or OT kickers to increase comp. Some do both.
