They have clear goals that are easy to follow
They tend to listen to the grievances of the company.
My team and I are a family. I cannot speak for other teams or higher management but my team is a family.
We in support take on too much work for what we are honestly paid. We are answering questions and issues for other teams without fair pay.
Morning prayer is a good way to start our day. My close co-workers can also joke about things and make the morning pleasant for me and gets me ready to go for the day.
We work together to solve issues. Someone is always there when you need them and they are all knowledgable. My manager is supportive and helps even when he is busy. My team is the best thing about this company.
Again, we are taking on tasks that should be done by other teams. We cannot speak up against it as we are "Support" However we are not trained on other products we are expected to support which affects clients.
Even though we have been going through a rough time with the company not hiring outside people and us being short-staffed and over worked, they keep a positive attitude about everything and continue to make me laugh. As we are all in this together. They stay positive and make me not feel alone.
In Support, we take on more than we need to. All in the name of "support" We are doing the job of multiple people and not being paid fairly for it. We are under-appreciated and everything that the uppers and other teams don't want to do is dropped on us. With no extra pay. Not fair at all.
Our manager lacks the knowledge and training to help us with the product. If it were not for our Team leader, a lot of us in support would be left with questions. If he had proper training, that might help. Also if we were paid for the amount of work we actually do, that would be nice as well.
