My immediate team is positive
Communication and realistic expectations of the different roles at the company
Compensation worthy of the amount of time, experience, and expertise on our different products would be nice.
The compensation is not up to industry standard and listening to what the customers request would be helpful
Our team continues to get additional tasks and work added but no additional compensation for the added work and responsibilities.
I feel supported by my team and a few other individuals and that a majority of the people have the same belief system.
We are a team and friends. We help to make each other better at our job and genuinely like one another outside of work.
Lack of communication from leadership and when people quit the positions are left empty and the rest of the team is expected to make up for leaderships poor planning.
When new people are hired they are usually hired at a similar or higher pay rate than the current employees. The company does yearly evaluations but then just gives a 3% raise across the board.
Leadership does not communicate any real information other than "Frictionless Experience." It would also be nice to be paid for the time put in and for the new duties that are added to the original job I was hired for.
They need to be better about communicating to all teams. We get a lot of buzz words and excitement but not a whole lot of substance. They do not listen to what the different teams are reporting about the different programs.
