Policies and procedures have been inconsistent which cause for miscommunication as how to move forward. The overall culture is the worst I have ever seen. Lack for partnership between departments. Every day you don't know what to expect, makes it very stressful. No clear goals or direction.

Nothing for the most part. You do have a few pleasant employees.

No appreciation or recognition for work performance. Management not good or supportive. Constant changes.

Don't have good leadership, when Management is just hiring their friends to be in positions that they are not qualified for.

Having common respect for the position you were hired for and have trust that you are qualified for the position. Don't take down to me!

Most coworkers lack the necessary skills and/or education to do their jobs effectively. Therefore, this becomes difficult to get things done. Increase pay and replace with qualified people.

To take responsibility for known issues within the company and not to blame the employees. They Need to be better at hiring new talent and offer better wages. They need to pay more towards employee insurance. Insurance is huge deduction from ones pay compared to other private companies.

Listen to the team and employees that are actually doing the jobs daily, with issues they are having. Recognize when a team is understaffed and adjust the expectations. Provide more opportunities and incentives for minorities. The culture shows a lack of respect and value for their employees.

The amount of work and hours I put into my position compared to industry standards is about $15K - 20K lower. When I accepted the position, I wasn't informed of all the issue one would have to face. You only here what's is wrong but nothing about the things that are positive.

For the work I do and hours I work, nothing is never good enough here, there is so much finger pointing and no communication no clear processes, but yet you are except to be EXCELLENT daily. One is only as good as what is being provided. Management needs to stop paying such low wages.
