I enjoy working for a company that serves the Church. I believe that we should be leaning into that faith-based way of thinking, rather than attempting to be all things to all people. Inclusivity and the bottom line should not be as important as deep moral values and Biblical kindness toward all.

I have been here for 6 years. The recent changes are both beneficial in terms of improving the company, but the product decisions we are making are heavily revenue-driven, rather than customer-driven.

The fact that we are able and open about talking about our faith in respectful and loving ways.

Working from home has changed my life. makes working much more enjoyable and I feel more productive in general.

Kindness and respect. They seem to genuinely care. I wish it didnt feel like they kept so much information under their hat.

Untracked vacation. Makes me feel trusted and makes me want to be more responsible about being fair to the company with my time off.

Most people here are Christian. This means that most people allow others of the same beliefs to hold them to biblical standards of behavior. We are more than professional. We love each other.

The fact that most people are Christian. I believe that true Christianity calls us to be kind and non-judgmental. I see that clearly in how people treat each other and I believe its something MINISTRY Brands should lean into.

Kindness. A culture of respect and professionalism that isnt too up tight. We laugh we joke and sometimes we offend eachother. This place is special because of how we are able to reaolve minor conflict rather than bend over backwards to avoid it.

Seems like the company has moved from a primary mission of serving the Church, to creating revenue. While I agree that revenue is a high priority, I believe that the mission of our customers is more important and we should be making decisions with that in mind.

I recently got a large raise that kept me here at the company, as I was already looking for something that paid better. I also love the way we do PTO. Makes me feel like a grownup to be given that leeway and asked to monitor my own time off.

Seems like we are moving more and more toward a model where profit is more important than serving our base. In my experience, we have (within reason) placed the importance of our customer's mission above our bottom line and that has changed. I believe it makes us a worse company.
