It's a good company to work for with fair work life balance. However, the compensation can be better based on the current job title and performance each individual holds. The company is taking the necessary steps to better compensate its employees. Hopefully more action steps to follow - Jacob Long

You can't beat the work-life balance. Benefits are good, but not great. The only major complaint I have is I don't get paid enough for the job I'm currently responsible for. JL

Love that this company is mission oriented on spreading the Gospel through technology, and the people I work with are kind/passionate/sweet/loving/caring/joyful.

I'm responsible for retaining ~$4 million in revenue. I'm underpaid from my other co-workers who do the same job I do as a Client Account Manager. I just want to be paid equally to my other co-workers who also may not be paid up to the industry standard.

I'm undervalued because I'm responsible for retaining $4 mill in revenue but not being paid as a reflection of my skills. I have discussed my compensation with my leadership team and HR rep. It's only a small group of employees being held responsible for holding the bottom line and I'm one of them
