My team is amazing! I truly enjoy coming to work because of them. We not only work well together, but we also get along on a personal level, as well. There is a lot of laughter and comradery. In turn, this makes the day(s) enjoyable and fun.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
I appreciate the leadership team engaging with employees to get the insight of their work environment and also being transparent about what the leadership is doing and being open to hearing from employees. It's rare to see that and I do appreciate the company is vested hearing from employees.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The health benefits ,retirement program & PPTO. The PPTO benefit seems to have changed. For example, in July we were told our time was being monitored. That's fine, but it was the middle of the year when some have taken time off. Time is being monitored & requests are being denied.
