From the day I started, I have been wowed at the level of professionals, quality of company products, leadership from the top down, and the confidence that I will be taken care of...which inspires me to continue to work hard and take care of my company and its leadership!

I love this company. I have advanced myself (personally) as much as possible. I enjoy the ability to work from home on the hybrid schedule, and I feel proud to work for such a great company.

The culture at Netscout attracts people of similar values and morals. Additionally, the leadership team displays genuine care for it's employees.

First, the people. Hiring teams are very good at ensuring people are a cultural match for the company while remaining very diverse in scope.

Knowing that I work for a great company that provides excellent products (best in class), AND knowing that I get to serve with a team of like minded individuals!

The fact that it is obvious that the solid leadership starts from Anil and trickles down to the lowest levels. This is something that employees mention quite often. Employees feel connected and taken care of.

In many positions (like mine), there are no annual cost of living adjustments or raises based on tenure. This is frustrating because there is no option to earn an increase in salary (other than commissions and positional moves within the company).

I love my job, but I am frustrated that there are few ways to obtain/earn salary increases (specifically, to keep up with the rising inflation). Annual raises based on years served would be a great start. As of now, the only way to increase base salary is to be assigned a new/upgraded duty title.
