It has been a good experience and I was provided opportunities for growth and promotion to new positions. However, as a younger employee I would be lying if I said I would encourage other young workers to join here, they are simply too old school in their approaches.

They need to modernize their mindset in regards to work environment(s). This company is going to die on the vine if they don't walk back their antiquated views on working from home and remote work. The next wave of workers has 0 desire to work 5 days full time in an office, for not top of market pay
