It has been a great, positive experience, I have learned so much while being employed at NSH and I feel like a valued employee. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me at NSH.

My experience has been a positive one. I really love my job here at NSH. It is almost like a hobby, so I don't mind coming into work each day, Leadership supports my team which to me is a huge plus and my job has meaning and is impactful.

Leadership is hands on, transparent and actively listens. I know my leadership is there for me when I need them, has my back and the best interest for me.

The culture is one that I believe in so I don't have a problem working in my role. The environment is healthy and positive therefore making my job enjoyable.

We all busy doing our day to day jobs yet we are there for each other and help one another out when needed. I know I can count on my team for an help or assistance that I need.
