Salsify has an excellent product and the co-founders are great, but I feel that recent changes and pace of work has made my day-to-day work life difficult. It's demotivating when there's no end in sight. I also don't see meaningful advancement opportunities for my career path at this current point

I think I am paid fairly for the work that I do, and the ability to get bonuses or additional compensation based on my contribution is motivating
