I've had an amazing experience at Salsify. I've continued to learn and grow as the company has grown and have made some impactful relationships along the way. I've seen how leadership can set the culture and how co-workers help carry out that culture vision. Salsify is an amazing place.

Seeing others around me succeed.

Transparency into their decisions and how they think their decisions will help shape the future of the company

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair, but the best part of the comp is the stock options and the potential they hold
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate the wins and learn from the mistakes, but most importantly it is the willingness to help out from all levels of the organization that makes the most impact on the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At the end of the day, everyone is trying to help. I know I can go to anyone in the organization and ask for help, which is a huge part of why Salsify has been so successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I look across the company, even in my segment there are people with less responsibility, bringing in less revenue but being paid more. If we could level that out as best we can that would help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Winning is a big part of what makes me happy and over the years there has been a lot of winning. However, more specifically it has been the people that you are winning along with you that can help celebrate and enjoy the success with you that really matters.
