There's been a lot of changes over the years. In the past, some very poor decisions have been made and even though some leaders have been replaced, some topics were never addressed leaving a bitter taste with tenure employees

I guess some good intentions are there, but they are not quite being sold to employees. HR likes to blame Operations when they could help thrive their success

It;s not what it used to be. It seems everyone is all over the place and each department is pulling in their own direction to meet their own goals

I believe the senior leadership team takes a biased approach and in turn results in poor decision making. They reward their friends and make other top talent jump through hoops

There's no balance between the Client leg of the stool (Employees) and the Financial leg. All decisions are based off Financials and end up negatively impacting employees. The first approach taken for everything is how does this impact our financials and it is not, how does this impact our people

They always focus on the negative. When everything is going extremely well and there is one area of opportunity, they blow it up out of proportion making you feel like the worst. Annual merit increases are not annual and some show very low % increases due to "budget" , regardless actual performance
