Overall is good except for the salary, pay and incentives. we deserve more

Startek is good. But it could be better. Startek could easily be one of the best companies as the culture and environment is very positive but what pulls us down is the compensation. We cant stay just because we are happy. We work to earn so biggest factor still is compensation

Everything is good. I appreciate all employees and managers. The environment is very good. The only downside is the compensation very low vs the offer from other company. This results to lower quality of new hires as well. So I am hoping that we can get better compensation moving forward.

I love how everyone uplifts one another. the open door policy, how leaders are great

comparing to other BPO, they have higher pay vs Startek. there is no annual increase. Startek could easily surpass other BPOs if only the salary is competitive.

Our salary is very low compared to other companies. The work that we do evolves. Inflation is there. Our company needs to be more competitive if we want to retain people and hire the best ones. We hire not the best people because the offer is low.
