I have had a lot of growth overall with the company. I have made long lasting friendships and gained more knowledge and experience than I ever expected that can be carried with me to any other position or job I were to take in the future.

Everyone understands how much work the job takes and doesn't expect perfection but also is human and relatable which creates comfortable professional relationships.

Everyone is willing to help anyone at any time so everyone can accomplish their goals and as a team we accomplish our goals.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

Being able to help others retain their job and be able to feel accomplished and fulfilled with the work they do and the people they help.

My team all push through the tough and stressful times. My team can laugh and have a good time but understand the job still needs to be done at the end of the day.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

I like how the leadership team communicates well with each other when they have a dire need to. I wish leaders from each department would meet consistently to review goals and creating solutions like we used to in THOR.

Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?

I do not make as much as other employers pay for someone with my title however, I appreciate the pay rate I have because I do not have a degree or experience in my role outside of Startek that the other companies would require for my role.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I feel like I should have more development in my role by leaders. I feel the pay is low compared to other companies I have had offers from but I continue to stay because of the people I work with and the flexibility to care for my kids when I need to take time off.

Most days feel overwhelming. I want to be proactive but due to the amount of "fires" that need put out at random times, I often feel reactive. My team also has a lot of work load causing them to not have enough time to be proactive but we are working through extra support to help eliminate the load.
