People are good to work with. Work life balance at its best but benefits are not much and no room for career growth at certain level

Work life balance and people are good but at certain level, it a hard to climb the corporate ladder and not good for long term employment.

Sometimes, task s been repetitive and there is also high and low season especially for hiring.

Sometimes work has been to stagnant and I pretty much dont feel challenged at daily tasks anymore

The benefits are pretty much bare minimum and most of the time demotivating. Bring back the bonus for executive level ,provide fair increment and add optical and few other flexible in the benefit list.
