Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I was a GM promoted to DM. I work on average 20+ more hours per week and in 2022 made $21,000 less. The amount of work expected on the DM level is unrealistic unless you plan to work 70 hours a week and have no work life balance.
