Good experience so far. The pay is incredible, fair PTO offered. The best would be more of a work/life balance. Id like to have a set scheduke to soend more time with my kids, and enjoy life.

Overall, its a very anazing experience. I think as a GM, one change I'd like to see is more flexibility with the schedule. Due to certain life experiences i see my son week on and week off. Having Wed off takes time from my son that is already cut in half.
