The company as a whole is great for the most part. My biggest complaint is the current pay structure for store managers specifically in green lo/green high stores.

My leaders (todd, amanda, jeanine, etc) are all extremely helpful and encouraging. Any questions or shortfalls i have are address quickly and appropriately.

As a store manager, it is a bit disheartening to see reps within my store making similar or more money than me, when i am the one leading and supporting them.
