Again. Still too new to really say. I will say the training that was given at store leve really need to improve. Training store that has someone who cares. I felt i was stealing time because i learned nothing from him i. A week.

Enthusiam. Imediat supervisor says to call or reach out when needed. This is somewhat of a slap in the face. As a new manager i feel he goes to the good selling stores and does not show up as much as he should. 1 month sense a last visit. Too much workload i see as a new manager comeing in.
