overall victra has been a wonderful company to work for. sometimes work can spill over into what should be personal tie but I don't mind because I love what I do. this job & my managers have given me opportunities that I have never had anywhere else.

I wish that pay was higher for multi unit managers. The work that is done often spills over to time that should be spent with family. As an AGM I earned the same amount as my current income with less responsibility.
