since victra has taken over, its been great money wise. the management has not been the greatest and when i bring something to someones attention, i feel like its just brushed off and forgotten about. makes me feel very unsupported.

I like that the company has contests and giveaways sometimes, but sometimes the contests are storewide and some people dont shoot as high as the other employees so we lose out

I do not feel valued because my closest team members and manager do some questionable things, which in turn makes me feel like im losing the trust in the customer base that i have built in the past year i have been here. A raise would be nice as well, 5 years is a long time with a job
